The Wire Rope Loop Box is offered in two variants: a wire rope loop box and a double wire rope loop box. The former features a single wire rope loop, while the latter incorporates a double wire rope loop, ensuring robust connectivity. These Wire Rope Connection Boxes present a straightforward and efficient solution for joining precast concrete elements. The connecting buckle, crafted from high-strength steel wire rope, is safeguarded by a galvanized box and tape. Our wire rope loop boxes are exceptionally user-friendly in the field, facilitated by a proven tool-less peel-off tape that releases the flexible loop. The box body seamlessly integrates into the concrete member's formwork, with the steel wire rope extracted from the box before concrete pouring, establishing a secure connection between adjacent wall panels. Primarily designed for applications such as double-sided laminated shear walls, solid walls, sandwich insulation wall panels, and similar structures.

Wire Loop Boxes are designed to be used as a structural connection for pre-cast units with recesses, or between precast units and in-situ concrete components. The casing of the box eliminates the need for additional formwork. The rope boxes are very easy to use on-site, with no-tool tear-off tape that releases the flexible loops. The loops are stitched into the adjoining element with rods and insitu concrete.
